I usually start every post with "this was so fun to teach" but I really can not say that for this lesson. It was Kindergarten-crazy-messy-out of controlness. Also it was one of our first classes of the fall so the Kindergarteners were still a little nuts! I will do it again next year but I will probably think it through a little better. Even though I have two sinks, it just takes too long for 25 K students to sit with messy hands before they start to go crazy. I will probably have two bucket stations where the kids can just quickly dunk their hands in as well. The prints look great though, don't they?
with my kindergarten and 1st grade I keep a package of baby wipes. That way they can use them to clean with because the sink in my room is to tall for them to use.
